Today I found a new site called "LINKFROMBLOG.COM". This is a COMPANY which was established in the year 2008 and is based in USA.
LinkFromBlog is for both ADVERTISERS and BLOGGERS.
Add your site URL and ACTIVATE your blog which is done by placing an invisible or visible counter in one of your blog posts and once your blog is accepted by the MODERATOR, you can start monetizing your site. Make sure to write good and quality reviews and your honest opinion about the Advertisers' Companys' goods and services and not just copy&pasted from somewhere else. 
Once your blog is APPROVED, you can Login to your account and check the LIST OF OFFERS to write reviews. You can send invitation to the advertisers and set your price to write reviews. It is upto the Advertiser to accept or reject your invitations. This is why, it is always advisable to send several invitations at a time. If the Advertiser is satisfied with your review and approves you, then money will be sent to your account.
